By accessing or using RepWitness, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. USE OF SERVICE
RepWitness provides fitness tracking and social features. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use automated systems to access the service without permission
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
3. USER ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant RepWitness a license to use, display, and distribute that content within the service.
You are responsible for your content and must not post anything that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
5. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
RepWitness is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any fitness program.
The information provided by RepWitness is for general informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own fitness decisions.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The RepWitness name, logo, and all related names, logos, and designs are trademarks of RepWitness. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepWitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
8. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
